Sell
Your home. Your agent.
Estate agency keeps changing, and that calls for a stronger advisory role from the agent. We believe direct contact with the client is still essential. This is how a sale works with Megleren Din:
Nine steps. One agent.

Estate agent, MNEF
Step 1 / 9
The same agent at every single step — from the first cup of coffee to handing over the keys.
- 1
Inspection
It all starts in your home. The agent sees the property, listens to what matters to you and gives you an honest picture of what it may be worth.
- 2
Assignment agreement
We fill in the assignment form together. You are not committed to anything until you have decided — and signed.
- 3
Preparation & approval
We collect all the information about the property and bring in a surveyor for the condition report. The prospectus is written carefully, so you can stand behind it.
- 4
Marketing
Broad marketing where buyers actually look — with a listing, photos and copy that show the very best of your home.
- 5
Viewing
Every viewing is held by Megleren Din. Not a stand-in, not an assistant.
- 6
Following up buyers
We call everyone who came to the viewing. That is often where the next bidder is found.
- 7
Bidding & acceptance
The bidding round is run by Megleren Din. You get advice along the way — but you decide.
- 8
Contract
The purchase contract is reviewed and signed, and everything is legally in order before any money moves.
- 9
Settlement & handover
Settlement is handled by Megleren Din — quickly and safely — and the keys change hands.

What does the agent do — and what do you pay for?
What matters most to you as a seller?
The price you can get, and that the right buyers see your home. We know that — and together we work for the best possible price for your home.
What does the agent do?
Every estate agent starts with an inspection. Once we agree on an assignment, we gather all the information about the property and bring in a surveyor. That forms the basis for the prospectus and the listing, followed by viewings.
What do you pay for?
A commission agreed with us, an agreed marketing package — and outlays for documents we must obtain. Everything is priced in advance, so you know which fees and commission you will pay.
When are you committed?
The agent is obliged to complete an assignment form with you. You are never obliged to sign it until you have decided whether you want to use Megleren Din.
